My name is Dean Arrington, and my family and I have proudly called the Tri-Cities home for the past 14 years. We moved to the area when I relocated for my career with Eastman Chemical, and it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with the people, the communities, and everything this beautiful region has to offer.
My wife, Jane, and I have been married for 26 years, and family is at the center of our lives. We are blessed with a daughter, Taylor, a son, Mason, and a grandson, Gray. After raising our family here and becoming part of the community, the Tri-Cities is much more than where we live—it is home.
After a rewarding career with Eastman Chemical, I retired in April 2026 and decided to pursue a career in real estate. Throughout my professional career, I learned the importance of hard work, integrity, communication, attention to detail, and following through on commitments. Those are the same qualities I bring to every real estate transaction.
After buying and selling many homes of my own, I understand that buying or selling a home is a big decision. It can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming.
